Yes, we ensure our food vendors can cater for vegan and vegetarian options.
All our food and beverage vendors accept contactless payment options.
Yes, you are free to come and go throughout the day. We ask that you retain your pass for re-enrt and only use your own lanyard for re-entry.
Yes. We have a fantastic award winning coffee vendor who also has a shop at the venue.
Please do! We recommend that you bring a refillable water bottle. We will have water fountains available.

Our Pass sale begins in February and can be bought online via our website.
Yes, you can request an invoice via our ticketing platform. All invoices must be paid within 7-days!
We offer reducing ticket prices so the more of the team you bring, the cheaper each ticket becomes with upto 40% discounts available!
Name changes are available up until 48hrs before the event via your ticket dashboard.
We do not offer refunds unless in extreme circumstances.
Sometimes things happen. In the event of us having to cancel, we will carry your pass over to the new event unless you require e refund.
We aim to ensure Digital DNA is a fully inclusive event. We offer a number of bursaries for those who are unemployed as well as full time students. Please note that we will need proof of a student card.
