SpecialisterneNI is a not-for-private-profit organisation dedicated to empowering autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD, OCD, Dyscalculia, Tourette’s, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia) of all ages. Our mission is to support these individuals in securing and progressing in fulfilling careers in their chosen fields.

We work closely with employers across the UK to help them create work environments where all employees can thrive. By providing tailored support and resources, we enable employers to better understand and support their neurodivergent workforce, fostering workplaces where everyone can reach their full potential.
