Describing himself as a digital advocate, Steve loves using technology to solve business challenges and improve customer experiences. Pioneering projects include the launch of Marks & Spencer’s first eCommerce site and BBC Worldwide’s first transactional video-on-demand service.
Steve’s held senior digital roles in agencies and outside of them, working in both the public and private sector. He’s been a founder, an investor, a mentor and a customer in retail, media, finance, telco and tech sectors. For the last 20 years, he’s been finding spots where customers and technology meet – and making them extraordinary.
A speed freak even on his days off – his childhood racing driver dreams replaced by the occasional track day (and taking over his kids’ Scalextric).
