Fast-growing Outsource Group has appointed one of the leading HR professionals in Northern Ireland’s tech sector to help it immediately recruit 30 new people and ultimately double its workforce.
Susan Hill becomes the IT company’s head of people and culture following roles with Decision Time and Novosco, where she worked for 13 years. During her tenure with Novosco she played key roles in helping the workforce grow from 35 to 300 people.
Last month Outsource Group announced a merger with ANSEC IA, one of the most highly regarded IT security consultancies in the UK & Ireland.The deal will see ANSEC IA become part of Outsource Group, creating a ‘powerhouse in security-focused IT managed services’.
Eamonn Bunting, Managing Director of Outsource Group says: “We have plans to employ a workforce of over 100 people by the end of this year and have aggressive future growth plans, locally and beyond. That means that we need at least 30 new people this year, with substantial additional recruitment thereafter in line with our long term business objectives.”
