What is Digital DNA?

Digital DNA is a 2 day business and tech event surrounding 8 key themes;  Marketing, Data, Fintech, Cyber Security, DevOps, Innovation, Start Ups known to us as affectionately Upstarts.You can view the explanation for each theme here.

The event takes place in the St George’s Market, just a 5 minute walk from Belfast Lanyon Place train station. By attending Digital DNA you have access to over 100 Exhibitors across 45 industries throughout Northern Ireland eager to discuss with Delegates as well as their peers how important networking connections are for business growth and development in our local economy.

Where does Digital DNA take place?

What does my ticket include?

Digital DNA  has three main ticket options (and we may run offers or discounts throughout the year);

Early Bird TicketThis is a special discounted Standard Ticket which gives you access to both days, all of the studios including Keynote theatre. Coffee and water are provided throughout the day. Please note that this ticket does not include lunch on either day.


Standard TicketThe Standard Ticket gives you access to both days, all of the studios including Keynote theatre. Coffee and water are provided throughout the day. Please note that this ticket does not include lunch on either day.


VIP TicketThe VIP Ticket gives exclusive access to the VIP area serving breakfast and a hot lunch on both days, all of the studios including Keynote theatre. Coffee and water are provided throughout the day. The perfect place to network privately.

Is there a Schedule?

Digital DNA  has started to use their own app in order to be that little bit more eco friendly, run in line with our theme of Digital and we encourage our delegates to do the same. The app is an excellent tool which can plan your bespoke experience at Digital DNA, enabling you to message back and forth with anyone in the room, add unmissable talks to your calendar and share your photos.

On top of this we aim to have digital screens along with large format maps/schedules at key points of the venue to ensure that you don’t miss out! Be be advised that any printed copies will be subject to change. 

I want to be part of it, what can I do at the event?

You can attend Digital DNA as a Delegate, Exhibitor or by becoming one of our Sponsors. We have various options that cater to your needs, to find out more please get in touch with our sales team or download one of our packs for exhibiting or sponsorship for more information.

GENERAL

Are there any evening events?

Yes, there are limited evening events which will be sent out early 2019. We have a whole host of bars and clubs in Belfast that we would recommend if you fancy a pint or a glass of Prosecco afterwards. Check out our Travel Guide or more informations.

Will food be available on the day?

There is a networking cafe inside Digital DNA which will provide a range of lunch items. Check out our recommendations for delicious grub outside the venue here

Anywhere to hang my coat?

A coat check will be available for coats and smaller items. We ask that any larger items and valuables be left at your hotel as there will be limited suitcase storage at the venue.

Is there WiFi?

Wifi will be available throughout the venue for the entirety of the event. 

Is there an app?

Yes! We have our own app which has really great features in order to make your day bespoke and tailored to suit you.

TICKETING

When can I purchase tickets?

For a limited time you can pre-order for a discounted ticket now before they go on sale for 2019. Don’t worry we will keep you in the loop via email so you don’t miss a thing!

Can I sell my ticket?

The tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your business only and may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

What’s the difference between ticket tiers?

The only difference in Standard ticket tier are the prices. Those that get their tickets earliest, save the most! We have called these our Early Bird passes. VIP tickets offer the VIP experience and are our higher tier ticket.

Can I buy a one day ticket?

No. Tickets are inclusive for both days of the conference. You are free to attend either day as our registration desk is open on both days.

Are there discounted tickets for students?

Yes. Students can apply for a discounted ticket here. You could also register your interest in becoming a Volunteer at Digital DNA 2019.

I can't attend Digital DNA. Could I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. We have a strict no refunds policy which you can find in our T&C’s section where you can find information on ticket transfers etc.
