Digital DNA appoints new VP of Partnerships

Digital DNA is excited to announce that Matthew Devlin is to take up a new role as VP of Partnerships. In this newly created role, Matthew will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners as Digital DNA continues to expand its reach into new markets.

Since joining Digital DNA back in 2018, Matthew has played a key role in developing the business into Northern Ireland’s biggest event for the tech and digital community.

The new role comes on the back of a number of announcements made by the Belfast based events and media company specialising in the tech and digital community. Earlier this year the company announced the acquisition of Ireland’s biggest inbound marketing conference series and training organisation, Learn Inbound. And earlier this month, Digital DNA Glasgow was officially announced, which will be the company’s first major event outside of Northern Ireland.

Commenting on the new role Matthew said, “I’m thrilled to be taking on this new challenge at Digital DNA at such an exciting time for the business, especially as we expand to Glasgow and Dublin later this year. Digital DNA continues to be a driving force in bringing together the whole of the tech ecosystem and working closely with our many partners, we will continue to provide the important physical gatherings that help energise tech ecosystems.”

Digital DNA CEO, Simon Bailie commenting on Matthews new role said, “Matthew has been a real asset to Digital DNA since he joined back in 2018, playing a key role in our journey so far, building long term relationships with many of our partners. It’s a very exciting time for Digital DNA as we continue to build out our hugely successful portfolio of existing events. We have ambitious growth plans for the next 18 months, with expansion to Glasgow and Dublin at the end of 2022. This new role will focus on nurturing our existing partnerships and building new partnerships with leading tech and digital companies.”
